Julia Britton Hooks Society – $50,000
Loyal Jones Society – $100,000
Matilda Fee Society – $250,000
Carter G. Woodson Society – $500,000
John G. Fee Society – $1,000,000

Elizabeth Culbreth Society

Berea Trustee M. Elizabeth Culbreth ’64 began giving back to her alma mater in 1965. Her faithfulness and love of Berea inspire us—that’s why we want to recognize all those who make consecutive annual gifts to Berea by welcoming them into the Elizabeth Culbreth Society. This support year after year is vital to Berea’s ongoing mission.

Annual Gift Club

Berea’s annual giving societies recognize those alumni and friends who have made a gift at giving club levels in the previous fiscal year. Berea College depends on these annual gifts to support Tuition Promise Scholarships and other critical Berea needs.

Great Commitments Society

The Great Commitments Society recognizes those who have included Berea College in their will or trust and/or have established life income agreements with the College. These planned gifts are the foundation of Berea’s endowment and have allowed Berea College to continue its operations for more than 100 years. Those listed as Great Commitments Society members have made the generous decision to support Berea with a planned gift.
